Director of Finance Jennifer Potvin has told the Roselle Village Board that income from fees and licenses exceeded budget estimates by 10 percent during the past year, primarily because of vehicle license revenue.
Potvin said fees were $14,000 above the projected $47,000.
“The total income for the year was 24 percent over budget due to higher-than-anticipated grant and recapture revenue,” she said.
Potvin said the current revenue mix should be maintained.
