Molson Cos., of Toronto, and Foster’s Brewing Group Ltd., of Australia, are in negotiations to repurchase Miller Brewing Co.’s 20 percent stake in Molson Breweries, a Molson Cos. spokesman said. Molson and Foster’s each own 40 percent of Molson Breweries, and Milwaukee-based Miller, a unit of Philip Morris Cos., owns the other 20 percent.
