Juris Girgens, 48, of 1715 Walnut Drive, Woodstock, was arrested Tuesday and charged with driving while under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol content over .10, illegal lane usage, illegal transportation of alcohol and driving with no driver’s license on person. Girgens was taken to the McHenry County Jail.
