The Mokena Lions Club will hold the its third annual Beep Baseball game at McGovney Park. Beep Baseball uses a ball making a beeping sound so visually impaired players can locate it by sound to field or hit.
A volunteer team of players from the village’s Fire and Police Departments, village employees and Lions Club members will don blindfolds for a six-inning game against the Cobras, a visually impaired traveling team.
