Lisle-based Wallace Computer Services Inc. signed a letter of intent to acquire Moran Printing Co. of Orlando for cash and notes payable. Terms were withheld. Wallace said the deal will be accretive to 1998 earnings per share. In 1996, Wallace reported earnings of about $73 million, or $1.60 a share, on revenues of $862.3 million.
