Frankie Avalon and Brigid Murphy are making big comebacks this week. No, not together, although that would be a cool bill. Avalon will be reprising his role (from last November) as Tina’s singing godfather in “Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding.” And Murphy will be reviving her wacky variety spectacular, “Milly’s Orchid Show,” with scheduled guests including Syd Straw, Poi Dog Pondering, Tom Wolfe and the Blue Man Group. Avalon performs in “Wedding” Tuesday through July 27 at Piper’s Alley Theatre, 230 W.
