Chicago School Reform Board of Trustees will released its proposed budget for the next school year.

The trustees also will vote on the removal of 12 principals, all at schools on academic probation. About half of the principals are expected to retire. The other half would be reassigned.

Trustees also are expected to revise principal-evaluation forms and reduce to 10 months from 20 months the amount of time that reassigned teachers can spend in the reserve teachers pool.
