The Taste of Chicago was fun and a great success, but whatever happened to washing your hands before you eat? With several hundred portable toilets and no apparent hand-washing stations, I also have this question for the Chicago Board of Health: Where do the employees wash their hands before serving food at Taste?
Perhaps next year the Board of Health will do its job and insist that hand-washing stations be made readily available to the public.
