Macil Jacobs, a longtime resident of Wheeling, died Monday . She was 90. Mrs. Jacobs was born Nov. 26, 1906, in Terre Haute, Ind., and was a resident of Wheeling for the past 47 years. She was a retired secretary. Visitation and services will be held from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Wednesday in Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave., Wheeling.
