Suzanne Blaha, 69, a longtime resident of Oak Park, died Monday at Vencor Hospital-Chicago North.. Mrs. Blaha died of heart failure, said her nephew Jim Leatzow. She was born and raised in the Beverly neighborhood and moved around Chicago before settling in Oak Park 20 years ago. Survivors include a sister. Mass will be said at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Edmund Church, 188 S. Oak Park Ave., Oak Park.
