A 28-year-old Addison man was arrested on drug charges Tuesday evening after being stopped on West Avenue for allegedly driving without his car’s headlights on, police said. Donn M. Esler, 28, of 440 N. Mill Rd. was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and also for driving without insurance, police said.
