James R. Leeper, 67, of Fort Atkinson, Wis., formerly of Wheeling, died Monday, at Fort Atkinson Memorial Healthcare Service, Fort Atkinson. Mr. Leeper was a retired steamfitter. A U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War, he was a life member of Amvets Post 66 in Wheeling. Survivors include a son, Jim Leeper; two daughters, Carol and Theresa Tuttle; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Services will be in Whitewater, Wis.
