Leona T. Auer, 86, a resident of Palatine for 23 years, died Tuesday at the Alden Long Grove Health Care Center. Born in Chicago, Mrs. Auer was a homemaker. Survivors include two sons, Robert and Lawrence; two daughters, Marilynn Stone and Betty Roombos; and three grandchildren. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Theresa Catholic Church, 465 N. Benton St., Palatine.
