A 24-year-old Chicago man was arrested Sunday after being accused of taking 20 cartons of cigarettes from Kmart, 345 W. Roosevelt Rd., police said. Luis Lopez of 506 W. 43rd St. was charged with felony retail theft and obstruction of justice for allegedly hiding his identity, which police discovered through fingerprints, police said.
