Irene T. Pfauser, 69, of Schaumburg, died Monday in the Rosewood Care Center in Elgin. Born in Chicago, Ms. Pfauser was a retired switchboard operator for Fulton Market Cold Storage in Chicago. She is survived by three sisters. Visitation will be at 3 p.m. Thursday until the service at 7 p.m. in Algrim and Sons Funeral Home, 330 W. Golf Rd., Schaumburg. Visitation will continue after the service, until 9 p.m.
