Frank A. Schlag, 81, of Aurora, died Saturday. Born in Banat, Mich., Mr. Schlag served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was employed at Thor Power Tool Co. as an inspector until his retirement in 1976, after more than 40 years of service. He was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church in Aurora. Survivors include a son, James: a daughter, Kathleen; two granddaughters; and a sister. Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Daleiden Lake Street Mortuary, 220 N. Lake St., Aurora, and continue at 10 a.m. in Holy Angels Catholic Church, Lancaster and Hardin Avenues, Aurora.
