A hearing on a suit to evict the law firm of Keck Mahin & Cate from the building at 77 W. Wacker Drive has been continued to Sept. 18. The landlord, 77 West Wacker Drive LP, charged that the firm failed to pay more than $1.3 million in rent and interest. Attorneys for the firm said negotiations are being held with the partnership to settle the complaint.
