Florence B. Randolph, a longtime resident of the Near North Side, died Sunday in the Warren Barr Pavilion. She was the widow of State Rep. Paul Randolph, who had represented that area of Chicago in the legislature for 32 years. Mrs. Randolph worked in her younger days in a doctor’s office. There are no immediate survivors. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Fourth Presbyterian Church, Michigan Avenue at Delaware Place.
