Mason D. Sullivan, 62, of Oak Park, an attorney in Chicago for almost 40 years, died Wednesday in West Suburban Hospital Medical Center in Oak Park. Mr. Sullivan was a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and of its law school. He was a certified public accountant and a sole practitioner with offices on LaSalle Street in Chicago. “He had a great sense of humor and he loved to be busy,” said his daughter, Mary Ann. Survivors, besides his daughter, include his wife, Ann; four sons, Thomas, Michael, William and James; and three grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday in the P.M. Smith & Sons Funeral Home Ltd., 245 Madison St., Oak Park. Mass will be said at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Ascension Catholic Church, 815 S. East Ave., Oak Park.
