Anthony Guzik, 78, of Villa Park, a machinist for a manufacturing company, died Monday in Elmhurst Memorial Hospital. A native of Pittsburgh, Mr. Guzik is survived by his wife, Zdzislawa “Edith”; a son, George; two daughters, Christine Dienethal and Margaret Davenport; two brothers; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Services will begin with a prayer service at 9:30 a.m. Thursday in Steuerle Funeral Home, 350 S. Ardmore Ave., Villa Park, and continue with 10 a.m. mass in St. Alexander Catholic Church, 300 S. Cornell Ave., Villa Park.
