Virginia “Ginnie” Neubaum, 84, of Arlington Heights, died Friday at Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village. Mrs. Neubaum, a homemaker, was born in Chicago. She is survived by her husband, Herbert; her son, Herbert Jr.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Mark Lutheran Church, 200 S. Wille St., Mt. Prospect.
