Jorge C. Rocha, 22, of 2077 Stonelake Rd., No. 209, was arrested at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 14 and Illinois Highway 47 and charged driving without a valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving with a defective windshield and attempting to obstruct justice, police said. Rocha posted $200 bond and was given an Oct. 15 court date.
