– Orlando J. Morales, 29, of 565 Darlington Lane, was arrested Sunday after a traffic stop at U.S. Highway 14 and Crystal Court and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content over .08, and speeding. Morales was released after he posted $100 bond and his driver’s license.
