Total Control Products Inc. said it agreed to acquire substantially all the assets of Computer Dynamics Inc. for $12.5 million in cash, $12 million in stock and an immediately exercisable warrant worth about $1.3 million. The Melrose Park-based maker of industrial-automation products also agreed to pay an additional $3 million a year in cash and stock for five years if Computer Dynamics meets certain earnings growth goals. Computer Dynamics, a Greenville, S.C.-based maker of industrial computers and flat-panel monitors, had revenues of about $15 million last year.
