Irene E. Arendt, 84, died Saturday in her Glendale Heights home. Mrs. Arendt, a former resident of Melrose Park, was a homemaker. Survivors include two daughters, Audrey Pederson and Jane Glowinski; a son, Joseph; a sister; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in Cypress Funeral Home, 1698 N. Bloomingdale Rd., Glendale Heights, followed by a mass at 10 a.m. at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 1555 Glen Ellyn Rd., Glendale Heights.
