Eric Rico, 18, of 705 Washington St., was arrested at 3:20 p.m. Thursday at Putnam Street and Herrington Place and charged with having no valid driver’s license and passing a school bus while it was loading and unloading students, said police. Rico posted $100 bond and was given a Nov. 7 court date.
