Peyton Thomas Mateja, 3 months, son of Brad and Lori Mateja of Gurnee, died Wednesday in Condell Memorial Hospital, Libertyville. Besides his parents, Peyton is survived by his grandparents, Sandy and Bruce Lemke and Sue and Jim Mateja, the Tribune’s auto writer. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Marsh Funeral Home, at Washington Street and Cemetery Road in Gurnee. A service will be held at 12:30 p.m. followed by burial at Ascension Cemetery in Libertyville.
