Robert C. Ranz, 99, of Arlington Heights, died Tuesday in the Lutheran Home and Services for the Aged in Arlington Heights. Born in Glenview, he was a farmer and the past president of Mutual County Fire Insurance of Mt. Prospect. There were no immediate survivors. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1850 Chestnut Ave., Glenview.
