Mitsuru Toba, 75, of Wilmette, who worked as a production supervisor for Turtle Wax Inc. in Bedford Park, died Wednesday in Evanston Hospital. Survivors include his wife, Akiko; a son, Garry; a daughter, Ronna Treier; a sister; and three grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Monday in the Midwest Buddhist Temple, 435 E. Menomonee St., Chicago. A memorial service will follow at 7 p.m. in the temple.
