Thaddeus “Ted” Sitkiewicz, 75, of South Elgin, died Friday in Delnor-Community Hospital, Geneva. A Chicago native, Mr. Sitkiewicz worked for 37 years with Western Electric. During World War II, he served in the Army Air Corps. and was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 7975 in Chicago. Survivors include two daughters, Lynne Bingaman and Laura Sitkiewicz; two sons, Larry and Bill; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
