Police working on a prostitution detail Saturday charged Beatrice Richardson, 42, address unknown, with prostitution after she allegedly offered to perform a sex act for an undercover officer for $10. Richardson was arrested in the 1300 block of Morrow Avenue, police said. The same unit later arrested Belinda Caples, 32, on Saturday after she allegedly offered to perform a sex act for an undercover officer for $20 while they were driving in the 1600 block of Lakeside Avenue, police said. In both cases, the women allegedly flagged down officers to offer their services, police said.
