Arvindkumar N. Shah, 58, of Glen Ellyn, a physician, died Tuesday in Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago. Born in India, Mr. Shah’s survivors include his wife, Pushpa; a son, Ankit; a daughter, Alpita; and his mother, Kamalben. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday at Williams-Kampp Funeral Home, 430 E. Roosevelt Rd., Wheaton. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Oakridge Abbey, Roosevelt Road near Mannheim Road, Hillside.
