Gregorio Miguel, 23, of 432 E. Judd St., was arrested at the Farm and Fleet store, 2000 S. Eastwood Drive, at about 2:40 p.m. Wednesday and charged with retail theft under $150, according to a police report. Miguel posted $100 bond and was given a Nov. 12 court date.
