Omar Calixto-Escobar, 19, of 2113 Stonelake Rd. was arrested at about 4:30 p.m. Sunday in the 600 block of South Eastwood Drive and charged with leaving the scene of an accident, no valid driver’s license, no valid registration, improper use of registration and no proof of insurance, said police. He posted $100 bond and was given a Nov. 21 court date.
