Adeline C. Permantier, 91, a retired teacher and executive secretary, died Friday in DuPage Convalescent Center, Wheaton. A resident of West Chicago and formerly of Chicago and Park Ridge, Miss Permantier taught elementary school and high school in Wisconsin for more than 15 years. She later became an executive secretary with what was known as Research Foundation Inc., a Chicago laboratory and manufacturer of the BCG vaccine, which was developed to prevent tuberculosis. She retired in 1976 after 28 years with the foundation. There were no immediate survivors. Visitation will be from 9 to 10:45 a.m. Monday in Norris-Walen Funeral Home, 132 Fremont St., West Chicago. Mass will be said at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Mary Church, 140 N. Oakwood Ave., West Chicago.
