Marilyn Foley, 70, of Batavia, a former church school teacher at Bethany Lutheran Church in Batavia and member of the Normennennes Singing Society in Arlington Heights, died Monday in Mercy Center for Health Care Services, Aurora. Mrs. Foley was a member of the church women’s Love Circle and a former Cub Scout den mother. She is survived by her mother, Gunda Hertzgaard; two sons, Matthew and Mark; and two brothers. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in Bethany Lutheran Church, 8 S. Lincoln St., Batavia.
