Walter G. Edeling, 76, former owner of Chicago-based W.E. Edeling Express Inc. trucking company, died Friday in Northern Illinois Medical Center in McHenry. Mr. Edeling was born and raised in Chicago and moved to Round Lake 10n years ago. An Army veteran, Mr. Edeling fought in Germany and Paris during World War II. He is survived by his wife, Lorraine; and a son, Timothy. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday in K.K. Hamsher Funeral Home, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd. in Fox Lake. Services will be at 11 a.m.
