Police said Anthony McSwain, 36, of 213 Central Ave. was charged Wednesday with driving on a suspended license. Police said they stopped McSwain’s car after it passed another vehicle in a posted school zone at Notre Dame and Central Avenues where children and a crossing guard were present. McSwain was released on bond.
