William P. Burke, 46, of 459 Marquette Ave. was arrested Thursday after a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 14 west of Cary-Algonquin Road and charged with driving while under the influence, improper lane usage, driving too fast, disobeying a railroad crossing, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and no seat belt, police said.
