Eleanor E. Dettloff, 83, of Palatine died Sunday in her home. Mrs. Dettloff was a homemaker. Survivors include her son, Robert Splan; her daughter, Marlene Dettloff Harbut; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Highway, Palatine. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
