Ice skating aficianados can get a winter rush going tonight with the 8 p.m. showing of “Nutckracker on Ice” at the Star Plaza Theatre in Merrillville, Ind. It’s based on the Tchaikovsky classic and stars champion skaters Calla Urbanski and Rocky Marval, who were first spotlighted in the 19XX Winter Olympics.
