Jose B. Perez, 21, of Rolling Meadows, died Sunday in Mt. Prospect. He was born in Mexico. Survivors include his parents, Luz and Jose Perez; his grandparents, Andres and Maria Navarro and Jose Perez; three sisters; and a brother. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Thursday in St. Colette Catholic Church, 3900 S. Meadow Drive, Rolling Meadows. Mass will be said at 10:30 a.m. Friday in the church.
