Madeleine Robinson, 78, of Arlington Heights died Saturday in Ravenswood Hospital, Chicago. Mrs. Robinson, who was born in Paris, was a retired customer service representative with CNA Insurance Co. She is survived by her son, Alan; a daughter, Cathy Pflanz; and five grandchildren. Mass will be said at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday in Furman Funeral Home, 3100 W. Irving Park Rd., Chicago, followed by mass at 10 a.m., in Resurrection Catholic Church, 3033 N. Francisco Ave., Chicago.
