Joanne E. McDonald, 40, of Phoenix, Ariz., died Friday in Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix. Ms. McDonald, a native of Oak Park, was a nursery school attendant for many years. She is survived by her mother, Lyda; and three brothers, John “Jack” Jr., James and Joseph. A funeral service will be held in Phoenix on Saturday.
