Shane A. Kurtz, 23, of Arlington Heights, died Sunday in Northwest Community Healthcare in Arlington Heights. Born in Des Plaines, Mr. Kurtz was a material handler at Methode Industries of Palatine. Survivors include his mother, Linda Kurtz-Imig; a stepfather, Jeffrey Imig; and a sister. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday in Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine. Services will be at noon Saturday in the funeral home.
