Laurie L. Freeman, 37, of 9815 Main St. was arrested at about 9:15 p.m. Tuesday and charged with improper backing, driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, police said. Freeman was taken to McHenry County Jail in lieu of bond.
