Premark International Inc., Deerfield, said it completed the acquisition of the Resopal and Arborite decorative laminate businesses from Forbo Holding AG. The German Resopal and Canadian Arborite businesses will be joined with Premark’s Wilsonart International, a leader in decorative surfacing products.
