By mixing the scream of Onyx with the speed of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Mystikal sounds like he’s about to combust throughout this 17-cut set. The New Orleans native’s subjects are typical, but his inherent outlandishness demands attention, although his insistent yelling eventually grates. Fortunately, guests Master P, Snoop Doggy Dogg and E-40 add needed vocal balance. Still, Mystikal’s bark is as vicious as they come.
