Lydia Fuller, 97, formerly of Addison, died Friday in a nursing home in Forest Park after a brief illness. Mrs. Fuller, who worked as a supplies technician at the Hines Veterans Administration Hospital for 30 years before retiring, is survived by a daughter, Theodora Shaughnessy; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. A service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in the New Apostolic Church, 3 N 650 Wood Dale Rd., Addison.
