James E. Whitney, 67, of St. Charles died Sunday in the Fox River Pavilion nursing facility in Aurora. He was employed as a postal carrier at the St. Charles Post Office for more than 30 years. After his retirement, he worked part time at the St. Charles Bowl. There were no immediate survivors. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Yurs Funeral Home, 405 E. Main St., St. Charles.
